Websites & Tools

A website for your office, plus the tools that make it useful: intake forms, bookings, client portals, dashboards. Built once, kept current, owned by you.

§2Schedule of fees

Three starting points. One fixed price.

Every site starts from one of these. You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins, paid half to start and half at launch.

§3Schedule 1A

Care plans, so the site never goes stale.

After launch, a care plan keeps things updated, backed up, and changed when you need it. Monthly, cancel any time. Care plans are optional; you can also edit the site yourself.

§4Tools and automation

The tools behind the site.

Most offices have a copy-paste job somebody does every week. Often a small tool can do it instead. It starts with a look at how the work flows today.

  1. 4.1Automation assessment$400
    • I map how the work flows today
    • You get a fixed-price plan for what to build
  2. 4.2Buildsfrom $1,500
    • Fixed price, agreed before I start
    • For example: intake that arrives complete, reminders that chase missing documents, and renewal dates that don’t slip. See examples

Examples of what gets built

  • Operations dashboards

The numbers you check every week, in one place, without the spreadsheet shuffle.

  • Client portals

A private place for clients to find documents and updates.

  • Tools that talk to each other

Bookings to QuickBooks, forms to your CRM, POS to reports.

  • Automations

Reminders, follow-ups, and the copy-paste jobs nobody should be doing by hand.

§5Questions

Questions offices ask first.

Q.Do I own my website?

Yes, fully: your hosting account, your domain, every login.

Q.Can I edit the site myself?

If you want. On Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress I show you how. Otherwise a care plan covers edits.

Q.Can you work on the site I already have?

Usually. If a rebuild makes more sense than a fix, I'll say why and what it costs.

Q.Do you only work around Cape May?

No. I'm based in Cape May, and on-site around Cape May County and the Philadelphia area. Websites, tools, and most IT work happen remotely, for anyone.
