§2Scope of services

Three services, in the order most offices need them.

A website that earns its keep, the computers and accounts behind it, and the odd jobs in between. Each has its own terms page with the full schedule of fees.

2.1Websites & Toolsfrom$800

Websites plus the tools behind them: intake forms, bookings, client portals, dashboards. Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or hand-built. Care plans so it never goes stale.

2.2IT Managementfrom$250/mo

Computers, accounts, email, and WiFi for teams of 2 to 25, one office or several. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, laptops, phones, printers, backups, security basics, and the vendors. The top plan is a Fractional CTO.

2.3Custom Work$110/hr

Servers and storage, networks, cameras, phone systems, office moves and rewires, migrations, plus automations that chase documents and take intake off your plate. The jobs that don’t fit a plan. Ten years of IT, and I’ve seen most of it.

What a CTO does for a small business.

Big companies pay someone full time to own their technology. Small ones usually have nobody, so it lands on whoever is “good with computers.” I take that job off your plate.
