A-101 General plan

A CTO for small businesses.

I build your website and the tools behind it. Then I keep your computers, email, and WiFi running. One person, start to finish, without the CTO salary.

A-102 Scope of work

Three line items. One person on the job.

Websites come first. They're most of what I do. IT and custom work round it out, so you're not calling three different people when something needs doing.

A-103 Job description

The job nobody on your crew has.

Big companies pay someone full time to own their technology. Small ones usually have nobody, so it lands on whoever is “good with computers.” I take that job off your plate.

  1. Picks the right tools

And tells you when not to buy one. I'd rather talk you out of a tool than sell you one you'll cancel in three months.

  2. Builds what's missing

A site that takes quote requests. A dashboard that shows the week. A form that stops the copy-paste. Whatever the gap is.

  3. Keeps it running

Updates, backups, new hires, the printer that quit. Steady oversight in business hours. Not a 24/7 helpdesk.

  4. Is one person you can call

The person who built it is the person who picks up. No ticket queue, no handoffs to someone new.

A-104 Closeout

The Handoff Promise.

When a job wraps, you get the keys. Everything lives in your accounts. You own it all.

  • Your accounts, not mine

Domain, hosting, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and code. All under your name.

  • Written documentation

What's set up, where, and why, in plain English.

  • Password vault handoff

Every login in a shared vault you control.

  • No lock-in

Plans are month to month. Leave any time and take everything.

A-106 Crew

Crew of one. On purpose.

I started running tech for the Steger businesses as a kid and never really stopped. Ten years later, it's my job.

I work alone on purpose. The person who sets it up is the person you call, every time. Everything I build lives in your accounts, not mine, and it's written down so nobody's stuck if I'm not around.

I'm based in Cape May, NJ. I do on-site work around Cape May County and the Philadelphia area, and websites, tools, and most IT work happen remotely, for anyone.
