How it starts.
No big project to sign up for. I start with a look at what you have.
- 01
Call
20 minutes, free. Headcount, locations, and what's bugging you.
- 02
Walkthrough
I look at what you have, on-site or remote.
- 03
Written plan
The plan that fits your team, and any one-off work, in writing.
- 04
Set up and write it down
Loose ends tied up. Every login in your vault. Notes anyone can follow.
- 05
Keep it running
Steady oversight in business hours. Month to month.
IT-2 What's included
What gets looked after.
The stuff that keeps a crew and an office moving, looked after by one person who knows your setup.
- 01Office computers
- 02Crew tablets
- 03Email and accounts
- 05WiFi
- 06Backups
- 07Printers
- IT-01
Office computers
The office PC backed up and updated, so the bookkeeping and the bids are safe.
- IT-02
Crew tablets and phones
Set up once, the same way, so anyone on the crew can grab one and go.
- IT-03
Email and accounts
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, set up right or moved over cleanly.
- IT-04
Seasonal staff on and off
New hires get logins on day one. People who leave lose access the day they go. Each plan includes a set number of setups a month.
- IT-05
WiFi in the shop and office
Coverage where the work happens. Big yard or lot? That's on the Custom Work page.
- IT-06
Backups and security basics
Backups that get checked, passwords in a vault, updates on schedule.
- IT-07
Printers and the rest
Printers, scanners, and the other things that act up right before a deadline.
- IT-08
Vendors
Internet, phones, POS. I deal with them so you're not the one on hold.
IT-3 Questions
Straight answers.
This month
- Office PC backed up
- Updates installed
- Crew tablets set up the same
- New hire logins ready
- Access removed for anyone who left
- Passwords in the vault
Q01Are you on call 24/7?
No. Plans cover business hours, with same-day responses on Active and Fractional CTO. Steady oversight means emergencies get rare.
Q02What does “fractional CTO” mean?
A CTO owns a company's technology: which tools to buy, how they fit together, what it costs. A fractional one does that part time, without a full-time salary.
Q03Do you only work around Cape May?
No. I'm based in Cape May and do on-site work around Cape May County and the Philadelphia area. Websites, tools, and most IT work happen remotely, for anyone.
Q04How does a fixed quote work?
I look first, on a call or on-site. Then you get a written price and scope. Small fixes just get done and billed hourly.
IT-4 Next step
Let's look at your setup.
Tell me how many people, how many locations, and what's giving you trouble. I'll tell you which plan fits, or if you don't need one.
The Handoff Promise. Everything lives in your accounts, under your name, written down, with every login in a vault you control. Month to month, no lock-in. If something happens to me, another IT person could pick it up from my notes on day one.
