IT that's ready before the season is.
Computers, accounts, email, and WiFi for small and seasonal teams of 2 to 25. One location or several. Steady oversight during business hours.
- Essentials up to 5$250/mo
- Active up to 12$500/mo
- Fractional CTO up to 25$1,000/mo
- One-off projects$110/hr
Sized by team. Leave any time.
Everything with a login or a plug.
If your team uses it to get work done, it's on my list. You get one person who knows how it all fits together.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Email, calendars, and shared files set up cleanly and kept that way.
Laptops, phones, and printers
Set up, updated, and ready when someone new picks one up.
Seasonal staff on and off
Logins made in May and shut off in September, so nobody keeps access they shouldn't.
Backups
Your files copied somewhere safe, and checked so you know they're really there.
Security basics
Strong passwords, a shared vault, and the simple settings that head off common trouble.
Vendors
Internet, phones, and POS companies. I make the calls and sit on hold so you don't.
How a shore season goes
- Spring: devices checked and updated before opening
- May: logins made for summer staff
- Tablets at the stand and the POS at the counter kept current
- Summer: same-day response on Active and Fractional CTO
- September: seasonal logins shut off
- Off-season: a good time for bigger projects
Asked at the counter.
Are you on call 24/7?
No. Plans cover business hours, with same-day responses on Active and Fractional CTO. Steady oversight means emergencies get rare.
What does "fractional CTO" mean?
A CTO owns a company's technology: which tools to buy, how they fit together, and what it costs. A fractional one does that part time, without a full-time salary.
Do you only work around Cape May?
No. I'm based in Cape May and work on-site around Cape May County and the Philadelphia area. Most IT work happens remotely, for anyone.
How it works
Getting set up.
A 20-minute call
Free. You tell me about the team, the gear, and what keeps going wrong.
I look at your setup
On-site or remote. I write down what you have, where it lives, and what needs fixing first.
Pick a plan
Sized by your team. Month to month, so it has to keep earning its place.
I keep watch
Updates and backups during business hours, plus the on-site visits and new-hire setups your plan includes each month.
Want to talk it through?
Book a 20-minute call. The first one is free, and you will know by the end of it whether I can help.
The other two tags
The Handoff Promise. Everything lives in your accounts, under your name, written down, with every login in a vault you control. Month to month, no lock-in. If something happens to me, another IT person could pick it up from my notes on day one.
