HomeServicesIT Management

IT for small teams, handled.

Computers, accounts, email, and WiFi for teams of 2 to 25, in one office or several. Steady oversight during business hours, from the person who set it up.

Three plans. Sized by team.

Month to month. Pick the one that fits your headcount today and change it when that changes.

Book a call

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. STEP 01

    A 20-minute call

Free. How many people, how many offices, what's bugging you.

  2. STEP 02

A look at what you have

On a call or on-site. Accounts, devices, network, vendors.

  3. STEP 03

    Pick a plan

Sized by team. Month to month.

  4. STEP 04

    Notes and vault

Everything written down, every login in a vault you control.

What I look after

The whole office, not just the laptops.

  • PhonesEmail and sign-in working
  • PrinterOnline, on every computer
  • WiFiReaching the back office

The whole office, item by item, and what I do to keep each part working.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, set up right and kept tidy.

  • Laptops, phones, printers

The things people touch all day, working when they need them.

  • Seasonal staff, on and off

New people get set up. People who leave get switched off. Each plan includes a set number of setups a month.

  • Backups

Running, and checked, so a lost file is a small problem.

  • Security basics

Strong passwords, sign-in checks, and a password vault you control.

  • Vendors

Internet, phones, POS. I make the calls so you don't have to.

One-off projects

Projects, without a plan.

$110/hr, or a fixed project quote. You do not need a monthly plan to book one.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

01Are you on call 24/7?

No. Plans cover business hours, with same-day responses on Active and Fractional CTO. Steady oversight means emergencies get rare.

02What does "fractional CTO" mean?

A CTO owns a company's technology: which tools to buy, how they fit together, and what it costs. A fractional one does that part time, without a full-time salary.

03Do you only work around Cape May?

No. I'm based in Cape May and do on-site work around Cape May County and the Philadelphia area. Websites, tools, and most IT work happen remotely, for anyone.

Hand off the tech. Keep the keys.

The first call is free and takes 20 minutes. Or call or text (609) 232-2694, Mon to Fri 9 to 5, Sat and Sun 9 to 2 ET.

The Handoff Promise. Everything lives in your accounts, under your name, written down, with every login in a vault you control. Month to month, no lock-in. If something happens to me, another IT person could pick it up from my notes on day one.
